I’m Joseline, also known as Josie, and I’m delighted to be your welcoming Brazilian neighborhood baker! Step into the heart of my homemade bakery, where every creation is crafted with care.

My baking journey commenced in 2020. As a military spouse, my family and I relocated from Germany to Biloxi, Mississippi, igniting my passion for the art of baking. This passion became the driving force behind the establishment of TeaSpoon Sweets.

Creating edible art brings me immense joy, especially witnessing the delight on someone’s face upon seeing their unique treat. This experience is genuinely invaluable to me!
